I'm very proud of Hillary. She's a wonderful teacher, and is a wonderful person in general. This is when she won the Horizon Award, which is a prestigious award given to a very select group of first year teachers in Kansas. I believe there are about 16 in the state that receive this award every year. She was one of them last year.
She just completed her master's degree, only two years after finishing college, and was given a substantial raise for the next year to boot.
As I said in my previous post, I miss her, and can't wait until she gets home on Tuesday. See you soon, Hillary.
