EDIT: We were stranded. They closed down the Kansas City Airport as soon as we left San Francisco. Our layover was in San Diego, ironically enough. We had just left there the day before. Fortunately, Southwest put us up for the night for free. Unfortunately, they gave us the Days Hotel. It sucked.
