We're walking our parents through the place on Saturday, and inspections will be done on Tuesday. Assuming nothing pops up, we close on Memorial Day weekend. We're pretty excited, to say the least. Now we just need to sell our old place. I've tried a bunch of advertising methods, with limited success. Craigslist, the local paper, Facebook, and I've actually made a pretty professional looking flyer, with an accompanying website. We need to get rid of it, because I don't want to be making two payments at a a time for housing.If you know anyone who needs a good, cheap place to stay while in Lawrence, let me know.
