Still negotiating...

I spoke with our realtor today.  She's still trying to get them to come down a bit.  Hillary and I have a meeting with her this afternoon.

We're really impressed with her, by the way.  If anyone out there needs a home (or needs to sell one) in the KC area, definitely check out Cathy Maxwell through Reece and Nichols.  

I'd put in a hyperlink, but I'm using the Blogger Widget in Mac OS 10.4, and it doesn't support hyperlinks or pictures.  At least not easily.  Google needs to get on that.
