We're pretty excited about this one. It appears to be in good shape, is in a good neighborhood, and best of all, we can move in before I start my job. It's a pretty good feeling, although it makes us nervous. We'll be able to handle it, but it's a lot of money, regardless. We made an offer today, and are trying to negotiate a deal. We're getting started on a new part of our lives. It's a lot to look forward to. I'll keep you posted on the progress.
